What we measure
We count page visits and clicks on the waitlist buttons with Umami, a cookieless analytics tool. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and doesn't build a profile of you. We see totals: which pages were visited, which link brought people here, and the device type and country. Umami Cloud runs on servers in the EU and the US.
The waitlist
The waitlist form is run by Tally. It asks whether you're listing or looking, when you move, and your preferred neighbourhood, and it records which page and link brought you there. We use it only to invite you to the beta and to see whether the waitlist turns into real sign-ups.
Fonts and hosting
The fonts are served from this site, not from Google. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the pages.
